Alt Heal primarily offers digital services. Where physical products are offered, the following applies:

1. Shipping Coverage

  • Delivery available within India

  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout

2. Order Processing

  • Orders processed within 3–7 business days

  • Excludes weekends and public holidays

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Delays due to courier partners, weather, strikes, or force majeure are not attributable to Alt Heal

4. Tracking

Tracking details will be shared where applicable.

5. Address Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Alt Heal is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

(As per Consumer Protection Act, 2019)

1. Digital Services & Online Programs

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • No refunds for:

    • Completed sessions

    • Partially attended programs

    • Accessed or downloaded digital content

2. Memberships

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once activated

  • Users may cancel auto-renewal through account settings

3. Session Cancellations

  • Rescheduling is subject to program-specific rules

  • Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Refunds or replacements are allowed if:

  • Product is defective or damaged

  • Complaint raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Supporting proof is provided

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Timeline depends on bank/payment gateway processing

6. Fraud & Abuse

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Policy misuse

  • False claims

  • Violation of Terms
