The Platform and Services are owned and operated by Holistic MD LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the laws of India, operating under the brand name “Alt Heal”.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

Alt Heal (operated by Holistic MD LLP) provides:

  • Workshops, programs, and memberships

4. User Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

Holistic MD LLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

  • Payments are processed through RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways

  • Holistic MD LLP does not store card, UPI, or banking details

  • By completing a payment, you authorize Holistic MD LLP (under the Alt Heal brand) to charge applicable fees

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations

  • Upload or share abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content

  • Disrupt sessions, misuse the Platform, or engage in harmful behavior

  • Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or data extraction

Holistic MD LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform—including but not limited to videos, recordings, text, graphics, logos, and designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Holistic MD LLP and/or its licensors, and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Session Recordings

Certain sessions may be recorded for purposes including quality assurance, training, or user access, as described in the Privacy Policy. Participation in such sessions constitutes consent to recording.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • Holistic MD LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
